Alicia’s Bed and
Breakfast offers an authentic Mayan/ Mexican atmosphere. We are located in a residental
neighborhood close to many local stores and restaurants. Your accomodations will be a pleasant walk (15 minutes) or an inexpensive taxi ride (5 minutes)to the downtown area. Very easy access to the beaches and diving sites on the island. Your Mayan host Seferino (Chuco) and American hostess Alicia will advise you on making your stay in Cozumel meet all your desires. |

Designed and built in l997 by your host, Chuco, Alicia’s B&B offers 4 comfortable air conditioned rooms. Each room has its own private entrance and patio area. These rooms have a private bathroom, refrigerator, ceiling fans. Two rooms offer a queen size bed plus one single bed. The other two rooms each have a queen size bed. Most rooms offer a hammock for guests to use. Two of the larger rooms are outside the main house. The fifth room offers a twin size beds, tv, VCR , ceiling fan and lots of windows for ventilation. There are a total of 5
bathrooms with hot and cold showers and clean fluffy towels every
day. On the downstairs patio area there is a place for coffee making, purified drinking water, and an area for limited cooking. In the upstairs patio area there is purified drinking water and an area to make your own coffee for those cooler evenings. New to the B&B this year is an out door BBQ for guests use.

| Your
authentic Mayan breakfast will be prepared by your Mayan host, Chuco, at
your request between 6:30 (perfect to
catch that early dive) and 9:30 (great if
you're the party-late and sleep in person). Breakfast
varies from a delicious Mayan egg dish or omelets to
fresh empanadas from a local vendor. We can also
accomodate many other requests, such as yogurt and
cereal, fresh fruit and pastries, waffles etc. You are
welcome to use the refrigerator for cold drinks, ice and leftovers. There is a
large modern supermarket close by to stock up on supplies for quick
lunches and snacks and we provide free purified bottled drinking water.

| We have a fresh water tank for cleaning diving equipment and a private covered patio for drying. We have been to many of the Yucatan's best sight-seeing adventures and can provide you with detailed instructions on getting to some of the more remote places. Chuco is an experienced dive boat captain and can advise you as to great diving locations. We are familiar with many of the local dive shops and are happy to recommend one to suit your needs. We have also eaten at most of the local and downtown restaurants and would enjoy helping you choose places to suit your tastes. | ||||||||||||
